What we do
We offer translation and Interpreting Services helping bridge the language barrier between residents, the public sector, the voluntary sector and other organisations.
History
We were established in 2003 and have gone from strength to strength now working with 75 translators and interpreters providing a reliable and professional service to all our clients.
Languages
We currently offer a varity of languages, such as:
Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Cantonese, Chinese, Eritrean, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Italian, Kurdish, Lingala, Lithuanian, Luganda, Malayan, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Pushtu, Romanian, Russian, Serbo-Croat, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Tamil, Tigrigna, Turkish, Thai, Urdu and Vietnamese.
British Sign Language and telephone interpreting is also provided.
Service Quality
Our team of interpreters and translators have both professional and academic qualifications and are additionally qualified in public service fields and abide by a code of ethics.

Training for Interpreters
We provide interpreting courses leading to the Institute of Linguists Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)
Who is this course for?
This Open college Network London Region (OCNLR) certificate courses gives and overview of the interpreting techniques and issues as weel as for bilingual students who are interested in developing interpreting skills.
What are the entry requirements?
Upper Intermediate Level in English, Upper Intermediate Level in the mother tongue, motivation, commitment and attendance. There will be one formal assessment at interview.
